OUR STORY

Born of Korean and Italian heritage, founder Natalie Camerino developed an appreciation of food’s ability to bring people and cultures together at an early age. Raised near farmlands in Lancaster, PA, her fondest childhood memories are of preparing traditional Korean cuisine at her mother’s side and growing their own Asian vegetables to make savory jars of homemade kimchi to share with her immediate community every fall.

A formative trip to South Korea in 2014, and subsequent travels to Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia in the years following broadened Natalie’s appreciation for food. Meals shared with, and prepared by, family and locals emphasized that dishes are created not only to taste good but to nourish the body, heart, and soul.

Inspired by these revelations Natalie opened the first noodlelove in 2018 in New York City, combining high-quality ingredients, authentic Asian flavors and thoughtful preparations as an act of care for, and connection to, her community. A second location was proudly opened in 2021 in Erie, PA, as part of her home state’s urban revitalization efforts. Additional locations are slated for 2024.
